Yes — the Professional plan includes live GPS tracking. You'll see each active worker as a moving icon on a map, updated every 30 seconds, with speed and last-update timestamps. Workers are automatically removed from the map when they complete their shift.

FieldStaff Workforce is built on Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Workers can only access their own data, and location tracking only activates during active shifts.
